Here is Canada's national highway. I enjoy how the main road in Canada doesn't even have centre lines. Start at 6 minutes for the snake pit.

Considering that road is closed 8 months of the year for rock slides/avalanches the lines thing isn't much of a thought. The route I live on (Highway 3) is a little nicer than this for sure.
